Purchasing Information (Please Read Carefully)

To set up a new account we require the following:

• A Valid University of Pittsburgh Account Number (this will be a 32-digit number)

• Name, Address, and Phone Number of the Principal Investigator

• A Bill-To Address, or the name of the account administrator, with address and phone number

• A Complete List of Persons Authorized to Make Charges Against the Account

   

A new account may be set up via:

• In Person- 104 Allen Hall, with memo on department letterhead
