Toner Cartridge Recharging Program

Instructions for preparing a toner cartridge(s) for recharging:

  • Package the Toner Cartridge in its Original Box Using a Permanent Marker

  • Write Your Name and Phone Number on Top of the Box

  • Seal the Box

  • Deliver to 104 Allen Hall (Pick-up Can be Arranged Based on Availability of Student Employees)

     

 Important facts about recharged toner cartridges:

  • Recharging Your Empty Toner Cartridge Will Save You Approximately 50% of the Cost of a New Cartridge

  • Some Cartridges Initially Require a Drum Replacement - The Replacement Drum is Guarenteed for Life

  • You Can Expect the Same Print Quality as a New Cartridge With a Recharged Cartridge

  • A Recharged Toner Cartridge Will Last Approximately as Long a New Cartridge

  • Do Not Store a Recharged Toner Cartridge for Longer Than Three Months -- Toner Will Settle Inside the Cartridge a Reduce Print Quality

  • Although All Toner Cartridges Can be Recharged, Some Cartridges May Only be Charged Once
